We harvest and custom-process beef and hogs. It's important to us to get your cutting instructions on how YOU want your meat cut.

We slaughter on Thursdays. To set up an appointment for your animal, call us at 701-387-4588​.

Pricing

Beef Prices

$120 - Slaughter Fee
$60 - Disposal (Offal) Fee
$600 - Minimum Fee (smaller animals, includes slaughter and disposal)
$1.20/lb - Wholes & Half Beef on the rail for fat animals
$1.30/lb - Quarter Beef on the rail

Pork Prices

$60 - Slaughter Fee
$30 - Disposal (Offal) Fee
$1.10/lb - Processing Fee on the rail
$3.00/lb additional - Bacon
$3.00/lb additional - Country Style Sausage (all pork, includes vac seal - additional charge for pork/beef mix)
$2.50/lb additional - Breakfast Fry Sausage
$150 - Slaughter Only Hogs
